  1. Roweka mchele wako katika chombo
  1. Chukuwa nyama na ioshe vizuri na itie thomu, tangawizi, ndimu, pilipili manga na chumvi kiasi
  1. Iweke jikoni hadi ikauke maji na kuwa imewiva huku ukiikaanga kaanga kwa hayo hayo mafuta yake hadi kuwa rangi ya hudhurungi
  1. katakata Vitunguu na nyanya weka pembeni
  1. Chukua pilipili boga, thomu, tangawizi na visage katika mashine ya kusagia
  1. Weka sufuria pembeni na utie mafuta, subiri yapate moto
  1. Kisha tia vitunguu na vikaange hadi kuwa hudhurungi na tia nyanya
  1. Kisha mimina mchanganyiko wako ulio usaga wa pilipili boga, thomu na tangawizi
  1. Koroga kwa dakika kadhaa Kisha mininia nyama uliyokuwa tayari, maji kiasi na chumvi wastani na subiri maji hayo yachemke
  1. Weka mchele humo na koroga kiasi na onja chumvi kama ipo sawa au kama ndogo unaweza kuongeza
  1. Funika na punguza moto na uache uive taratibu
  1. Baada ya kukauka maji kabisa basi ugeuze na subiri tena kwa dakika kama mbili na tayari kuliwa.
