  1. Kwenye sufuria tia nyama, saga nyanya na thomu, pilipili mbichi, tangawizi. Mimina kwenye nyama na mtindi, tia na nyanya kopo, bizari paprika, vidonge vya supu, chumvi kisha changanya  vyote pamoja weka motoni.
2.     Katika sufuria nyengine tia mafuta na samli kaanga vitungu mpaka viwe rangi ya hudhurungi toa weka pembeni.
3.     Kanga viazi  weka pembeni.
4.     Chukua mafuta kidogo uliyokangia tia kwenye nyama  acha katika moto wa kiasi mpaka nyama iwive na maji ya punguke.
5.     Tia  viazi na vitunguu vivunje vunje tia ndani ya nyama  acha moto mdogo.

  1. Osha mchele roweka muda wa saa.
  1. Chemsha maji kama magi 10 hivi  na chumvi tia mchele.
  1.  Uache uchemke ukishaiva kiini nusu, mwaga maji chuja.
  1. Mimina juu ya nyama tia rangi na mafuta kwa juu funika.
  1. Aacha kidogo katika oveni kwa muda wa dakika 20 hivi kisha epua ikiwa tayari
